This online tool is designed to gather relevant project information about planned works coming onto the AT road network, so that the Works Coordination Team can review planned work to understand the impact the works may have on the network during your proposed construction.
If necessary, a member of the coordination team will contact you and may recommend meetings with other AT specialists to give guidance to facilitate your project and streamline your approvals. They may also provide you with a check list/useful information.
• This form only needs to be completed once for each project you are working on, preferably at the project design stage. Not all projects will require a detailed follow up.
• You do not need to complete this form if your project already has a worksite approved in MyWorksites, and if your project is in construction phase. You should already be engaging with the Road Corridor Access Team.
